In Chinese culture, rabbits represent the moon. Some say it is because the shadows of the moon resemble a rabbit. Others say it is because of the rabbit’s pure characteristics. Whatever way you think, Chef Stefanie has a delicious evening in store for you.

 

As a Registered and Licensed Dietician with a master’s degree in public health, Chef Stefanie brings years of cooking experience from many cuisines. Come and enjoy a special evening of delicious festive Chinese fare.
