Garden to Table: September Cooking Class


What better time of year to enjoy the harvest than the fall?!? North Carolina is teeming with fresh produce and the ingredients are changing just enough to keep your taste-buds interested. Our Garden to Table series is designed to keep you engaged with your garden (or shopping seasonally). No need to run out of creative recipes, with so much to work with!! This class will focus on Butternut Squash, and the Cauliflower and Arugula that is coming back in season for round #2! You won't want to miss these unique recipes your Instructor Merrill Gates has planned, or the fresh local lamb involved!
