Closing the Wage Gap: Negotiation Skills for Women

Negotiation is a skill well worth mastering. The ability to negotiate can drive down the cost of your next car, convince a skeptical toddler to try broccoli, or totally change the trajectory of your financial future. It might also have the power to help women close the wage gap.

Join us for an engaging panel discussion on both the art and science of negotiation. Three formidable women take the stage to have a candid conversation about how negotiation skills (or lack thereof) impact the careers of females and their male counterparts—and what you can do today to better your own negotiation tactics and outcomes.
