Perch is a boutique coworking space designed to inspire productivity and creativity. We offer the usual amenities such as high-speed WiFi, local coffee, printer, and desks. But, our real goal is to bring our members together through friendship, collaboration, and being a part of our community.
We offer four different membership levels: office suites, personal desks in either the talking or quiet room, and the communal seating. In addition, we have a conference room, phone booth, standing counter, and outside seating. Perch’s events are geared toward the organic approach. Most of the events are social such as-yoga, mindfulness, community walks, and potlucks. We do occasionally host a seminar and networking events too.

VRC, Ltd. is led by Randolph “Randy” Voller, who is the former Chairman of the North Carolina Democratic Party and the Chatham County Democratic Party as well as a four-term mayor of Pittsboro, NC. Randy founded VRC, Ltd. in 1995 with his father Lothar "Lot" Voller. The firm focuses on business consulting, real estate brokerage and development. Before his death in 2012, Lot brokered international import/export projects from Russia and South America among others. Randy led work on Chatham County developments such as Chatham Forest, Daniel Ridge and Wilkinson Creek, which currently generate ad valorem tax revenues of nearly $600,000 a year to Chatham County and the Town of Pittsboro.
Randy is a Leadership Triangle Goodmon Fellow, a 2010 Marshall Memorial Fellow (GMF) and a 1991 graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington with a degree in History, a minor in East Asian Studies and a member of the honors program. Voller grew up in Northwest Indiana with his father Lot, his mother Viktoria, sisters Meredith and Cynthia and maternal grandfather Harry Danning. He is a graduate of Andrean High School and has resided in North Carolina since 1991. He lives in Pittsboro with his wife Lesley Landis and their chocolate labrador Karma.
