In 2014, entrepreneurs Tammy and Drew Purner and Margy and David Schmidt opened the Green Beagle Lodge in Chapel Hill NC. The Lodge offers Boarding, Daycare, Grooming and Bathing and Training.


The Lodge quickly became a local favorite for its innovative approach to pet care and beautiful facility and won the Chamber of Commerce’s inaugural “New Business of the Year” Award. In every year since, the Lodge has won awards from Chapelboro, The Independent, (LIST).
